Task 2

Reflection

The main goal of this project was to figure out what GrabFood users needed and how to build a better app, called GrabFood 2.0. I first checked what other food apps were doing and found they didn't focus much on helping users with their health or letting them talk to each other easily, which gave me a chance to make GrabFood better. Then, I talked to people and asked them questions, and the biggest problems I found were that people felt stressed by too many choices (decision fatigue) , were worried about food quality because the photos or reviews weren't good enough, and got anxious when the delivery time kept changing. I grouped these problems into four main themes: dealing with too many choices, making sure information and trust are high, feeling in control during delivery, and fixing annoying, repetitive steps. Based on this, I developed three imaginary users (personas) like Cheryl, who wants quick decisions , and Daniel, who needs fast delivery , and then drew maps to show their journey and find the best places to improve the app. Finally, I organized all the new ideas and features using card sorting and then into a clear plan (the sitemap) that includes things like a faster way to choose food and a better way for the customer, rider, and restaurant to chat together , so I can build an app that solves these real user frustrations.
