Project 2: Shooting Practice and Editing
Reflections
Working on the Lalin video project allowed me to develop both technical and creative skills, especially through hands-on practice with Adobe Premiere Pro. This was a great opportunity for me to explore the software more deeply—I became familiar with its key tools and basic editing functions, which gave me more confidence in my video editing abilities.
For the second part of the project, which involved the actual filming, I had a lot of fun collaborating with my group. As the art director, I felt lucky to work with such a motivated and imaginative team. Everyone contributed ideas and supported one another throughout the process.
During the post-production stage, I learned how to enhance visuals through colour correction and make the footage more polished and cohesive. Editing the trailer was especially enjoyable—I took my time arranging the clips carefully to create an emotional flow and engaging rhythm.
This entire project was a valuable learning journey. It helped me grow not only in terms of technical skills, but also in creativity, communication, and teamwork.
